Every ingredient in Udo's Ultimate Oil blend has been carefully selected to make it easier to consume these essential ‘good fats’ in a balanced way. By “good fats” we
mean essential fatty acids (EFAs).

Only two fatty acids are known to be essential for humans: ALA- alpha-linolenic acid (an omega-3 fatty acid) and LA - linoleic acid (an omega-6 fatty acid). 

Udo's Ultimate Oil can be incorporated into your daily diet with minimum effort, simply add or drizzle over foods or drink. Just remember not to heat the oil as that damages the delicate essential fatty acids.

The oil is refrigerated in a dark glass bottle to prevent damage & for optimal freshness and the oil the capsules are unrefrigerated for convenience.
