With clean hands, roll plug between fingers to compares into a crease free cylinder.

Reach above the hand to gently lift top of ear upwards and outwards to open the ear canal.
Place plug into ear canal. Hold end of plug in place with finger for about 10-20 seconds, or until it has expanded to fit.
